All online orders from our NZ website are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. We hope to have a NZ-based warehouse in the future.
Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery FAQ's
Our goal at Blue Bungalow is to ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You'll receive an email as soon as your order has been packed. This will contain a tracking link. Please allow up to a day for the tracking link to register its first in transit scan.
In the extremely rare event, your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you on a resolution.
Quick, give our Customer Care team a call on 09 884 6582 (New Zealand) and we can try and change your details before it is dispatched. If your order has already left our warehouse, and you have supplied the wrong address, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before we can re-ship it to the correct address.
We offer a one-off free express shipping code when you sign up for emails.
If you are already subscribed, and have used your code you will have to pay $15.95 for shipping on orders under $249.
We know that sometimes a purchase doesn’t quite work out, and that’s okay! You have 30 days to choose between a refund or online credit!
- $9.95 return label for store credits, this will be deducted from your credit total
- $15.95 if you opt for a refund, will be deducted from your refunded amount to cover the return shipping
Your store credit or refund will be processed as soon as your return parcel is scanned as "in transit" by NZ Post
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable (but remember, orders over $249 ship free!).

One day, we hope to offer exchanges to our international customers, however the cost to facilitate the exchange is too much for a small, growing business. You can order your new item soon as your return parcel is scanned as "in transit" by NZ Post and store credit is issued.
