Ingredients

  • 2 Pears
  • 1 Wheel of Brie, sliced
  • 1cup Rocket
  • 200g Prosciutto
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil

 

Steps

  1. Slice the pear
  2. Place pear on prosciutto
  3. Add brie and rocket
  4. Roll up the prosciutto
  5. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic glaze
